Vision 204 residential tower
A completed high rise residential tower, handed over and occupied.
A high rise residential tower of around a dozen occupied floors, finished externally in stone cladding at the blank end wall and rendered elsewhere, with a cantilevered balcony to every flat and a covered entrance at podium level.
A tower of this height is a services job as much as a structural one. The vertical runs have to be cast into the shafts as the frame goes up, because a riser chased into finished walls afterwards is a repair, not an installation. Distribution boards land floor by floor off a main panel at the base, and the standby supply and pumps sit at podium level so they can be reached without going through anyone's flat.
The building is complete, in use, and photographed from the street rather than staged.
